Flatten and maybe Transpose would do it.

In[1]:= q = 0;

In[2]:= m = Table[q++, {i, 2}, {j, 3}, {k, 2}]

Out[2]= {{{0, 1}, {2, 3}, {4, 5}}, {{6, 7}, {8, 9}, {10, 11}}}

In[3]:= Flatten[m, 1]

Out[3]= {{0, 1}, {2, 3}, {4, 5}, {6, 7}, {8, 9}, {10, 11}}
