I'm typesetting a dissertation in PCTeX32 and need to locate page numbers in the upper right hand corner flush to the margin 3/4 inches from the top edge.
My these style file, included as a \documentstyle option, places the page number centered 3/4 inches from the bottom of the page. I need to keep page numbers at the bottom for the first page of every chapter. Any ideas... Thanks in advance. Mark B.
