I loaded v. 3.0 using the standard install onto my Mac7600's hard drive. The file contains approx. 117 meg of data which I understand includes The Mathematica Book.. I cannot access the book and other help through The Help Browser without the CD mounted in its drive. Why is this? Also, what is the name of the subfile that contains the book?
