I want to connect to a SQLite3 database. Previously I used "Database`OpenDatabase" and "Database`QueryDatabase". But since I reinstalled the operating system (openSuse 11.1) this does not work anymore. The database query returns the error message "database or disk is full" although there is a lot of space (>6GB, db is <1MB) and write access to the db and it's directory.
However I would like to connect to the sqlite databse via OpenSQLConnection and JDBC. JDBC drivers can be found here:
I tried to copy these into $UserBaseDirectory/Applications/Java as the Mathematica documentation of JDBC suggest. Sadly I could not get this working.
Could someone explain to me how this is done? Where to copy which files and how to get access to the db via OpenSQLConnection and JDBC?
I would be interested in a solution to the problem with "Database`OpenDatabase", (disk full?), too. But this seems to be a problem with sqlite rather than Mathematica.
Thanks a lot!!!
