Using
LinearProgramming[{1, 1, 1}, {{1, 0, 1/2}, {1, 1/3, 2/3}, {0, 1, 1}}, {{0, 0}, {0, 0}, {1,0}}]
I would like to minize x1 + x2 + x3 subject to the contraints
x1 + (1/2)*x3 == 0
x1 + (1/3)*x2 + (2/3)*x3 == 1

which results in the error message
LinearProgramming::lpsnf: No solution can be found that satisfies the constraints.

The function Minimize returns the proper solution. Even FindInstance incidentally returns the same solution. So what is wrong in my way of setting up the linear program? Or is it a bug in Mathematica?

Cheers
