I am currently assisting my professor in developing an introductory, college level, ebook. We are debating using mathematica for the project to utalize it's animation and calculation capabilities.
I have a few questions:
Is it possible to create some form of GUI for mathematica such that the final product would be more usable for the student. Possibly using mathematica player?
Is there some way to create a reference to an image or formula that will automatically keep their respective numbering straight. As in if I add a figure before figure 2 figure 2 will then become figure 3 automatically.
