try Mathematica-syntax:

In[1]:= f[x_] = a*Exp[(-I)*b*t]*Exp[-(b*m*(x^2/h))]
Out[1]= a*E^((-I)*b*t - (b*m*x^2)/h)
In[2]:= D[f[x], t]
Out[2]= (-I)*a*b*E^((-I)*b*t - (b*m*x^2)/h)
