When I plot something, how can i get mathematica to show the value of the function for any given input? In other words, say I plot sin(x) and want to know it's value at x=1. Well I see i can get the value by using drawing tools-> get coordinates, but that's only approximate. I want to be able to punch in any value of x and get the corresponding y value. I also want to to trace along the path of the function and see the y value. What I'm wanting to do is basically the way the ti-8x calculators do it, which i've found immensely useful over the years.
