I am looking for a mathematica function, like DSolve, which can
handle simple PDEs in 2 variables. Particularly, I am searching for
the general solution f(x,y) of a PDE of the form:
f_xx + (a x + b y + c) f_y + q f_yy = 0
where f_y = partial wrt y; f_xx = double partial wrt x; etc
and a, b, c, and q are all constant real numbers.
