I did a test plot and exported it as a png and a pdf (see attached file or http://imgur.com/jG0mV). Notice how the pdf version has ugly mesh lines, while the png version is as smooth as the original. Is there a way to get nicer looking pdf exports?
Also, why is the "2" in the pdf version clipped?
