I am trying to figure out how to find the edit distance between two strings (or preferably vectors) using just insertions and deletions. EditDistance calculates the Levenshtein distance, but this distance includes substitutions. I don't see any options for defining my own comparison function to only allow insertions and deletions. Please help!
