Hi,

How can I draw a graph with non zero origin?

For example if I want to draw a circle at centre (0,1). I know how to draw at (0,0) centre as follows:
PolarPlot[1, {t, 0, 2Pi}]

Can anyone tell me how to draw with other centres?

Thanks a lot in advances for your help!
