I'd like to draw a bar graph where the first two bars are normal, but the third bar indicates the difference between the first two bars, and it floats way up there, spanning between bar 1 and bar 2.
Illustration of what I want:

* *
1 2 3
so bar1 = 4, bar2 = 3 and that third bar is one unit hight and starts at an offset of 3 units along the y axis. Hopefully that image doesn't get filtered.
I'm trying to use BarChart[], but perhaps you can suggest a better way of doing it. Thanks
