Hello folks,
I am having a problem. I have got a very large expression in which occur the same subexpressions repeatedly.
1.
I want to get a short form of the final expression, without that Mathematica inserts the before defined subexpressions symbolically. But Mathematica should know, that these subexpressions are functions of some basic parameters.
2.For the numerical evaluation, (for examples to generate a list for different parameter values) I'd like Mathematica to calculate the subexpressions first and then insert them into the final expression.
I already tried to solve these problems, but I don't succeed for example in givi ng Mathematica the subexpressions first, withou that it inserts them completely in the final one.
I'd be grateful for your help.
