Hello,

I'm generating MST's and studying the diameter growth according to order of the graph. I'm trying to run an experiment where I compare diameter growth vs. growth of a shortest path between two points I manually insert into the random graph. I want to be able to specify where these points are, so I can test them close together, and gradually separate them.

How do I manually add two vertices in a graph with a coordinate, such as
vertex 1: (0,0)
vertex 2: (0,0.2)

The way I'm generating my graphs can be found in my attached notebook
