Can we draw Circuit diagram using mathematica ?
for example
resistors
capacitors
op amp
ground mark
Can you suggest any software without mathematica ?

Try Visio software. Make the diagrams in it, then export it to .png, then insert it the diagram into a text cell in Mathematica.
Here is a screen shot of visio showing some EE diagrams it comes with. They are all there, no need to do anything.
