If I look at
http://reference.wolfram.com/mathematica/ref/Sound.html
and click on Scope and then on Time Sequences then it describes that Sound[{s1,s2}] will combine the two sound sequences s1 and s2 and play them, potentially at the same time.
Can you adapt that to do what you need?
