I am trying to create an index and want the index to show the page number of in various other notebooks
E.g.
Introduction 2
Section 1 5
Section 2 12
...
I have a copy of MathSource Item Countert.nb which only talks about actions within a single notebook. I could put all the seperate notebooks together and get the page numbers but the contents are constantly being updated.
Any Ideas
