I've a problem regarding the using of this function with the modulus option:
PolynomialQuotientRemainder[p, q, x, Modulus -> n]
When n is not a prime this function does not works, so my question is, there is any equivalent method of knowing a Polynomial Quotient & Remainder when the modulus is not a prime?
