Hello,
I am a new user and need a single solution to a polynomial system of three equations, the one describes a plane and the other two describe quadratic surfaces. I tried the solve command, however it has been running for 1.5 day without giving any solution yet. I don't know whether it is ok and just needs a lot of time (there are 24 coefficients) or it is stuck somewhere.
Could anyone tell empeirically how much time is needed for such a solution?
Is there any way to shorten the time needed for the solution?
