I am trying to find a set of values that minimize a simultaneous set of functions with the constraint that the values are positive. For example,
Minimize (.9 - .5x -.3y - .1z)^2,
(.89 - .49x -.25y - .15z)^2, and
(.8 - .4x -.28y - .12z)^2
such that x,y,z > 0.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
