Hi everyone,
I've recently come across a new problem where Mathmetica crashes whenever a system dialog box is required, e.g. when selecting save as, load or print. When it freezes the messages box comes up with "INTERNAL SELF-TEST ERROR: MacDialog|c|21".
Otherwise everything else works ok. Opening notebooks in finder is ok, saving notebooks using command-s works as well.
I recently updated to mac os x 10.7.2, which I fear could be the problem. I've tried reinstalling Mathematica, including deleting all of the library Mathematica folders in the root and user library directories, and the problem still occurs.
Has anyone got any experience or suggestions that could possibly help? This is causing a huge problem for me.
