I have edited a stylesheets, changing things like the sections/subsections etc. and also putting a new pageheader and footer in via the printingoptions part of the options inspector.
I then install the stylesheet and try to use it.
Though I can see the section/subsection changes have been applied, the pageheader/footer part stubbornly remains as the default.
I have Mathematica 8.0.0.0
Any ideas please?
