Are there any basic tutorials on linking C and Mathematica? I tried doing the first example in ''The Mathematica Book'', ver. 3, but get the following errors when I run ''mcc -o f.exe f.tm'':

/usr/lib/crt1.o(.text+0x36): undefined reference to 'main'
/tmp/cca005711.o: In function '_tr0':
/tmp/cca005711.o(.text+0x5d): undefined reference to 'f'

I'm using Red Had Linux 5.2 and Mathematica 3.0

thanks,

Neil
