I try to copy a Grid (with Frame->All) from result cell and paste it in World (2007) and the result is very bad.... it is completely unformated!!
So I have to paste as picture or paste clipboard... which also gives bad results....(not so bad as text but the resolution is low)...

I also tried to paste in excel (2007).... no....worse

Any suggestion, as I am doing some complex grids (tabels) in mathematica???
