Your readers need an example. A notebook showing a matrix and the eigenvalues and eigenvectors Mathematica gives you would be very helpful.
If you multiply the vectors, one by one, by the matrix, do you get out the same vector? With the right eigenvalues?
In what way are the outputs not what you expect?
