Hi, I want to use a C-Code program to calculate the smallest sphere that contains a certain set of points. The program is: http://www.inf.ethz.ch/personal/gaertner/miniball.html
What I found in the mathematica help is:

How hard will it be to implement this code? What do I have to do except including mathlink?
In case it is difficult to do, just give me a general course of action.
