I am looking for some book, tutorial, article, where I can find any information, about making dynamic models in Mathematica like this one in demonstrations: http://demonstrations.wolfram.com/SandersonEngine/

Start with File->New->Demonstration

Then you will see an empty Manipulate[] there. Start filling it with code. Do ?Manipulate to learn about Manipulate and see simple examples there.
