Ok, I got farther. I have decided to just make an .exe file. The code reads all the data out of a txt file and writes the results into another .txt file. This removes the need for Mathlink.
Now I have to do something else. I have to start the exe file (not load it into mathematica, just run it) and then wait for a short period of time (as it needs time to finish)
Is this much easier?
