Dear all,
This is the first time using Mathematica.
I'm trying to understand why when evaluating an expression of the form:
0.8*x1 + (-0.2+0.2)*x2;
where x is an variable for which I don't have a value, the programs delivers
0.x?
How can I overcome this problem, since I need the program just to deliver
0.8*x1
in order to continue with further calculations?
Thanks for your help
