I need a 3D plot that displays:
x-axis: time (days)
y-axis: my independent variable
z-axis: trial number (1-6)
This will allow me to analyze all my data together instead of in a linear view.
I will fit a regression to each of the 6 trials (z). Basically, it will be 6 x-y graphs overlapped (hence the z-axis).
My question:
How may I get the overlapped regressions of each trial to be in more of a contour plot visual instead of a 2D display of overlapped graphs?
(Feel free to ask for clarification if needed)
