After evaluating the notebook I get the error
"NDSolve::ndode: Input is not an ordinary differential equation"
The notebook is divided into "parameters", or constants, and equations. There are 12 sets of equations, denoted by the suffix # on each equation name, and they all relate to each other by varying degrees
The NDSolve attempts to include every one of these equations plus the initial conditions of every equation.
Every equation is a differential equation with the exception of equations with the form " eqn#"
I realize this is a big notebook and please let me know if there is any way I can help you by clarifying things or anything like that.
