I'm trying to solve the following PDE



with initial condition
T(t=0) = exp(-2x^2-2y^2)

and boundary conditions

T(x=1) = 0
T(y=1) = 0
Tx(x=-1) = 0
Ty(y=-1) = 0

I've tried to do it with NDSolve, but it repeatedly says that my boundary conditions and initial conditions conflict. Is there a way to solve this with Mathematica minus all the hassle.
