I like to export graphics as pdf for further useage with pdflatex as eps messes up transparency and pdflatex uses pdf directly while eps is converted adding another source for faults.
The problem is that my Mathematica only embeds some of the fonts used in the graphics. My understanding is that it does not embed "standard" fonts (for me Times-Roman is missing). This renders my pdf invalid for the printing service I use to print my papers such as thesises with as it requires all fonts to be embedded.
How do I force Mathematica to either embed all (the solution I would like) or change the font for things like axis labels to some font that will be embedded?
