Hi there,
I am on a steep learning curve with Mathematica at the moment. It seems like an important tool, and I am especially attracted by the Manipulate function and possibly of embedding CDFs in websites etc.
However, I am having a problem with the file linked below.

When I open the .nb file I get a bunch of errors. However, the program will still run just fine (or so it appears).
But I believe these errors are stopping me from embedding the Manipulate object as a CDF on a website. I can get it to appear, but the graphs are empty and the controls don't work.
Any help is very much appreciated.
