Find Functions

Dear all,
I am have a long equation including some functions and I want to find functions that satisfy the equation. Is there a way to implement this in Mathematica.
Small example:
If the equation is:
f(x)+g(y)+f'(x)+f'(y)=1
Is there a way that Mathematica lists all/some functions f(x) and g(y) such that the equation holds?
