Thank you for the specific example. That makes all the difference.

If I correctly assume that your equation has partial differentials then sometimes for very simple partial differential equations DSolve can find functions that will satisfy the equations.

Very simple example

In[1]:= DSolve[c1(1,1)[k1, x1]==1,c1,{k1, x1}]

Out[1]= {{c1->Function[{k1,x1},k1 x1+C[1][k1]+C[2][x1]]}}

But for problems even substantially simpler than yours, unless they happen to be of a very special form or someone very bright sees a way to coax a solution out of Mathematica, I see no hope for solution.
