Hello,
I had obtained the probability density of system of electrons(to which a weak potential which is in cosine form is applied) by multiplying the wave function and its conjugate and by summing it over the wave number and the wave vectors and I have obtained its plot against lattice parameter x. I am trying to plot the kinetic energy of system of electrons, I could calculate the value of kinetic energy as a function of x by multiplying the wave function with its double derivative but mathematica is unable to plot it. Can any one please help me out to plot Kinetic energy vs x.
