Hi jf,
Your reply is helpful. I am however having a tough time turning this into a string. Please take a look at the attached notebook. I need the framelabel to be a string because I will have to insert various symbols in it. (Like %).
All of this is easy to do, and I am used to doing it using Latex. However, the journal I am submitting my work to requires that there be no latex manipulations in the original figure files. Boo!
