I am trying to create a contour plot from a large data file. It seems to plot almost all of the data correctly, but there are a few (in some cases very large) sections of the plot where it appears to have simply not filled in data. I've checked the relevant portions of the list and the numbers were there. My first thought was that it was simply outside the range of the plot, but I have increased the plot to a range where any values that were too high for the original plot should have been captured with no luck. Are there any other potential causes for this problem?
I've attached an image that illustrates the problem.
