Hi, I must be honest and say I don't have a lot of experience with Mathematica yet. Alright, anyways, I have data recorded from an experiment in 3 columns in EXCEL right now. They correspond to x,y,and z coordinates in space. The x and y values were chosen, and the z was measured. I need to interpolate this data set, as well as produce a 3-d plot of that interpolated data (once I have it I know I can make that plot in Matlab). Interpolating the data keeps giving me errors, or odd interpolated data (data points shooting off the chart). I've read the documentation and it doesn't make sense (or I'm not reading it properly). Please, if you have any suggestions on how to make this work I would be most appreciative.
