Sorry. That is different that I thought you meant.

Wolfram Workbench comes with the add-in for Java.
Under Help, in "Java development user guide", is a long "Basic Tutorial" on setting up and creating your first Java program with it.

Workbench is built on the Eclipse third-party product, which has plugins for many languages.
