Hi,
I am using "Solve" to solve the following equation for theta:
fnc(1 + theta) - fnc(theta) = r
When I substitute the solutions back into the above, the result returned is not "r" (or at least does not appear to be). I have attached a file showing my steps. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
