I recently bought a new computer. However, when trying to access Mathematica from the old system, I get an error message ''A required .DLL file, ML321l.DLL, was not found.'' I then contacted Wolfram's technical support, and they claimed I needed the Math ID (I misplaced it.) Is this something that can be fixed?
