How do I change the default window size?
I run my monitor at a faily high resolution (1152x864), so when I launch Mathematica 4.0 the ''Untitled-1'' window that opens (and any window I open) is less than half the width of my screen. How do I make it bigger by default? And EDIT -> PREFERENCES... -> NOTEBOOK OPTIONS -> WINDOW PROPERTIES -> WINDOW SIZE -> WIDTH & HEIGHT just doesn't work. I've set these to w=900 and h=700 to no avail. Please help me fit more on the screen...
And by the way, why doesn't my middle mouse wheel work on Mathematica notebooks?
I'm running under Win98.
