I am trying to develope a general solution for the equations
of semiconductor heterojunctions, i.e. Poisson equation, tranport equation and continuity Equation,in stationary regime and in armonic regime; I would like to know if someone was, or still is, involved in such a problem and to receive some suggestions about it.
