Hi,
I have a rather large console app written in .NET. I would like to append results of some of the intermediate calculations that it creates into an existing workbook that is open in Mathematica.
Is this possible?

p.s. The reply can be quite technical (I have 20 years programming experience, 3 with C#). So far I have demo code to display the graph of a Mathematica plot in a WinForms app.
