Would it be possible for you to take a few minutes and reduce your problem down to a Mathematica notebook with only one or two items in it, specifically the single NDSolve that has the problem, the output from the old version and the output from your current version (with only just enough additional data and code so that someone can reproduce the problem)
If you did that then someone would not think they needed to study ten pages of code, try to guess exactly what the difference is, have to type it all back in again so that they could check that their solution actually works and then explain this to you.
