Hi,
i have a set of multi-variable inequalities. each inequality has a utility attached to it.
some of the inequalities might overlap, if so - i need to accumulate their utility.
i was wondering how/if i can do so in Mathematica..

e.g.:

{1<x<3 , 2}
{2<x<3 , 3}

should output:
{1<x<2 , 2}
{2<x<3 , 2+3}

10x
