My problem is the following:

I would like to plot a so-called 'bubble function' on the standard
triangle T={x,y>0 and x+y<1}.
The bubble function is b(x,y)=x*y*(1-x-y).
How can I plot this?
In the plot3D[x*y*(1-x-y),{x,0,1},{y,0,1}], I can not put any
restriction (x+y<1), can I???

Thanks a lot in advance for a soon answer

Andres
